Calling mothers, grandmothers, aunts, mother figures and women role models. you’re invited to join us for an inspiring women's health & wellness event designed to uplift, educate, and encourage every woman and girl to make healthier choices- mind, body, and spirit.
Together with our oakwood 4th - 7th grade girls, we’ll explore and engage in sessions led by community leaders who will share powerful insights on women's health, self-care, and empowerment. let’s come together to learn, grow, and take steps toward a stronger, healthier you. because when women support women, amazing things happen.

The event will take place on October 30th, 2025, starting at 1:45 pm.
